With a culinary career spanning over 25 years, Bill’s vast experiences have led him to develop a diverse set of skills, innovative cooking techniques, and a deep love for baking and freshly-prepared pastries. Bill’s approach to crafting fine cuisine on site with quality ingredients is deeply rooted in collaboration with his team and the residents alike. “I believe great food is not just about the ingredients; it’s about all those who provide their input in creating it.” This inclusive spirit allows for creative menu items that truly resonate with residents’ tastes!
