SOFI on the Go provides small bus transportation within Perinton for residents of The Woodlands. Residents pay a fee of $15.00 round trip / $8.00 one way.

For residents of The Woodlands, Fairport Perinton Senior Connections offers the following services free of charge: counseling, coordination of resident care with doctors and healthcare specialists, and assistance in managing prescribed medications.
